Paying with crypto
Razumna runs a crypto-only checkout. No cards, no PayPal, no fiat processor anywhere in the path. Eight coins on the menu, BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, LTC, SOL, BNB, PYUSD. Pick whichever one you already have. The 20% discount applies the same to all of them.
Why no cards
Card networks don’t approve nootropic vendors long-term. Even high-risk merchant processors that nominally accept the category have a habit of closing accounts mid-year, freezing reserves, and walking away. Every serious vendor in this space has gotten that call. Crypto is the rail we control.
The 20% discount isn’t a marketing promotion. It’s the card-processor fees we don’t pay, returned to you. Visa and Mastercard charge merchants 2–5% per transaction; high-risk pharma processors charge 8–15% on top of that, plus reserve holds and chargeback exposure. We avoid all of it. The savings show up on your order total.
The flow
- Order on razumna.com. Pick “Crypto checkout, 20% off” at checkout. The discount auto-applies. Order moves to “pending payment.”
- Redirect to the processor’s payment page. Pick your coin (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, LTC, SOL, BNB, or PYUSD). The page shows the exact amount in that coin and the receiving address with a QR code.
- Send from your wallet. Any wallet, exchange withdrawal, hardware wallet, software wallet, mobile app. Standard on-chain transaction.
- Confirmation is automatic. Stablecoins (USDC, USDT, PYUSD) confirm in seconds. ETH, SOL, BNB, LTC in 1–5 minutes. BTC in 10–30 minutes. Order moves to “processing” the moment the chain confirms.
- Ships in the next dispatch. Thursday 17:00 UTC cutoff for this week’s window; otherwise Monday.
New to crypto
Fastest paths: Coinbase, Kraken, MoonPay, Ramp. Account → ID verification → bank transfer or debit-card buy → send to the address shown at checkout. Ten to fifteen minutes the first time. Under sixty seconds every time after. Full walkthrough: 10-minute crypto buying guide.
Cash App and Strike users, you already have on-chain Bitcoin capability. Withdraw, send, done.
What we don’t know about you
Razumna doesn’t run identity verification on customers. We can’t store card data because we don’t accept cards. The on-ramp you used verified you when you bought crypto; from our side, all we see is an incoming on-chain transaction. Your ID stays at your bank, not on our servers.
Refunds
If a refund is owed, under the first-dose guarantee or customs replacement policy, it returns in whatever coin you paid with, to a receive address you provide. Amount is calculated in USD at the time the refund is approved, converted to the destination coin at the spot rate. Stablecoins settle 1:1; volatile coins reflect the rate at refund time.
Privacy, honestly
Crypto transactions are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Anyone with a blockchain explorer can see that an address sent funds to the processor’s address. They cannot see what was bought, who the customer is, or where the order shipped, that data sits on razumna’s side and is never published.
The processor holds the transaction data (amount, timestamp, coin). Razumna holds the order data (shipping address, products). The two are linked by an order ID, not by your name.
For maximum privacy: use a non-custodial wallet you control (hardware wallet, Sparrow, BlueWallet) and don’t reuse addresses. If that sentence sounds foreign, you don’t need to do any of it, most customers pay from an exchange withdrawal and that’s fine.
