Privacy policy
Razumna collects the minimum information required to fulfil an order and operate the website. This page describes what is collected, how it is used, and how to request its removal.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, telephone (optional), product selection, payment amount and method.
- Email subscription: email address, if you opt in to the newsletter or pre-launch list.
- Analytics and session recordings: the site uses PostHog to record anonymised page views, click events, and session recordings. All form input fields are masked at the source, meaning passwords, addresses, and payment fields are never captured.
- Cookies: session cookies for cart functionality (essential), and a PostHog anonymous user identifier cookie (analytics).
What we do not collect
- Government identification numbers.
- Credit card numbers (razumna does not process card payments; cryptocurrency only).
- Biometric or health data.
- Information about products you may use beyond what you purchase here.
How long we retain it

Who we share it with
Order shipping information is shared with razumna’s manufacturing partners for fulfilment, and with the shipping carrier. No data is sold to third parties. No data is shared with advertising networks.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing the address on the contact page. Requests are processed within 30 days. Order records covered by accounting retention requirements cannot be deleted until the retention period expires.
Cookies and tracking
PostHog is configured with input field masking, meaning no form data (including passwords, addresses, and payment information) is captured in session recordings. You may opt out of analytics tracking by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser, which razumna honours.
