Effective 2026-05-20. By placing an order at razumna you agree to these terms in full.

1. Who razumna is

Razumna is a direct-import vendor of generic pharmaceuticals manufactured in GMP-registered facilities in India. The site sells the active pharmaceutical ingredient. We are not a pharmacy in any regulated jurisdiction. We do not employ pharmacists, dispense prescriptions, provide clinical services, issue medical advice, or offer diagnostic services. We do not represent ourselves as a substitute for any of the above. Customers seeking clinical care should consult a qualified physician licensed in their jurisdiction.

2. Personal importation framework

Razumna operates under the personal-import frameworks that several jurisdictions have established to permit individuals to import small quantities of prescription medication for personal use. These frameworks include the U.S. FDA personal-import policy, the U.K. Home Office personal-import allowance, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration personal-import scheme, Canada’s Schedule F personal-import allowances, and equivalent provisions in EU member states.

Razumna does not ship to customers as a substitute for a domestic pharmacy. The product is shipped from licensed Indian manufacturers under terms that treat the order as a personal-import transaction. The buyer is the importer of record. The buyer is responsible for compliance with all personal-import limits, declarations, and customs requirements that apply in their jurisdiction at the time of the order.

3. Your responsibility as the buyer

By placing an order, you represent and warrant the following:

• You are the intended recipient and end user of the products ordered.
• You are of legal age to purchase prescription compounds in your jurisdiction.
• You have determined that personal import of the products ordered is permitted in your jurisdiction in the quantity ordered.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer the products to any third party.
• You will not use the products in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You accept that personal-import frameworks impose responsibility on the importer (you), not on razumna.

Razumna does not provide legal advice on personal-import questions. If a buyer is uncertain whether their jurisdiction permits personal import of a given compound, the buyer is responsible for determining the answer before ordering. Razumna will not issue refunds for orders refused entry under local law where personal import is restricted.

4. Customs handling, seizure, and replacement

Razumna ships from India via tracked international mail. Customs authorities in destination countries may inspect, hold, or seize incoming parcels at their discretion. Razumna has no influence over customs decisions, no standing to contest a seizure on the buyer’s behalf, and no recourse against any government authority that holds or destroys a parcel.

Razumna’s customs policy: if a parcel is held by customs for more than 14 calendar days, the buyer may choose between a free reshipment of the order and a full refund of the order amount. If a parcel does not arrive within 30 calendar days from dispatch, the same option applies. The policy is real and built into razumna’s pricing.

The customs policy does not constitute a guarantee against seizure. It provides commercial cover for the buyer in the event of a delay or non-delivery, regardless of cause. It does not provide grounds for the buyer to recover any other loss, opportunity cost, or consequential damage arising from a customs decision.

For destinations with strict personal-import limits (Canada, Singapore, others), razumna may automatically split a single order into multiple parcels at customs-compliant quantities. The buyer is notified in the order confirmation email when a split has been applied. No additional shipping is charged for split parcels.

5. Not medical advice

Nothing on the razumna site, product pages, educational notes, FAQ, customer support correspondence, or any other surface, constitutes medical advice. Razumna does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Content discussing pharmacology, dosage, indications, and off-label use is provided for general educational purposes only.

Customers with any medical condition, prescription regimen, pregnancy, or other circumstance that may interact with the products should consult a qualified physician before use. Customers experiencing any adverse effect should stop use immediately and consult a qualified physician.

6. Age and capacity

Razumna sells only to adults of legal age in their jurisdiction. Customers must be at least 18 years of age, or older where local law requires, to place an order. By placing an order, the customer affirms they meet this requirement. Razumna may decline or refund any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the buyer does not meet this requirement.

7. No resale or redistribution

All products are sold for the personal use of the named buyer. Resale, redistribution, transfer, gifting in commerce, or any onward supply of the products to third parties is prohibited. Razumna does not sell to brokers, secondary distributors, or any party intending to onward-supply the product. Wholesale-tier orders are available to operating businesses for legitimate internal-use purposes only; razumna may verify the legitimacy of wholesale buyers and reserves the right to decline wholesale orders that appear to be for redistribution.

8. Restricted destinations

Razumna does not ship to the following jurisdictions, irrespective of any personal-import framework that might appear to permit it:

• Russian Federation
• People’s Republic of China
• United Arab Emirates
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Republic of Singapore
• Japan
• Republic of Korea (South Korea)

These destinations either explicitly criminalize personal import of one or more of razumna’s catalog compounds or impose customs handling that makes successful delivery improbable. Restricted destinations are removed from the checkout country selector. Razumna reserves the right to add or remove destinations from this list at any time without prior notice as legal conditions in those jurisdictions change.

9. Order acceptance and refusal

All orders are subject to razumna’s acceptance. Razumna may decline any order at its discretion before or after payment, including but not limited to: orders to restricted destinations; orders that appear to be for resale; orders that exceed reasonable personal-use quantities for the destination; orders where the buyer has previously violated these terms; orders that razumna reasonably believes are placed by a person under 18 or without legal capacity; orders where payment cannot be verified.

Where an order is declined after payment, the full payment is refunded promptly. Where payment is in cryptocurrency, the refund is issued to a refund address provided by the buyer.

10. Pricing, fulfillment, and refunds

Pricing is set in U.S. dollars and quoted per pack size on the product page. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Orders are honored at the price in effect at the time the order is placed and payment is received.

Dispatch occurs in weekly batches with a Thursday 17:00 UTC cutoff. Orders received and paid after the cutoff are included in the following week’s dispatch.

Refunds, replacements, and customs-handling cover are governed by the policies at refunds and customs & replacement. The first-dose guarantee applies to product failure (the first dose not producing the documented pharmacological effect within four hours of administration) and is claimed by emailing support within 30 calendar days of receipt.

11. Payment

Razumna accepts cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin on-chain, with Lightning Network, USDT, and ETH planned on the same BTCPay rail). Card processing is on the roadmap and not active. Bitcoin payment is settled by sending the exact amount to the razumna-controlled receive address provided in the post-order email. Orders are released to dispatch when the transaction confirms on-chain.

Razumna does not store payment credentials. Razumna does not process card payments through any third-party processor at this time. Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible by network design; razumna refunds, when applicable, are sent in the same currency to a refund address the buyer provides.

12. Communications

By placing an order, the buyer consents to transactional email communications related to the order (order confirmation, dispatch notification, tracking updates, customs-handling correspondence). Marketing email communications are sent only to addresses that have separately opted in (e.g., via the newsletter signup or the email-capture popup) and may be unsubscribed at any time.

13. Intellectual property

The razumna name, the site copy, the original product imagery commissioned by razumna, and any razumna-generated educational content are the property of razumna. The molecules themselves are unbranded generics with patents that have lapsed in the jurisdictions where razumna sources and ships. Razumna is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any brand-name pharmaceutical manufacturer or holder of any related trademark.

14. Disclaimers

The products are sold “as is” within the operational guarantees set out in these terms and in the policies at /refunds and /customs-and-replacement. Razumna disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability

Razumna’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to an order is limited to the amount the buyer paid for that order. Razumna is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any cost arising from a customs decision, regardless of the legal theory of recovery, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Modifications to these terms

Razumna may modify these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or placement of a new order after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date; razumna will not retroactively apply revised terms to orders already accepted.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and razumna with respect to the buyer’s use of the site and the buyer’s order.
