Refunds and replacements
Cash refund if your order does not arrive
If your order is seized at customs, lost, or never arrives, you get your money back, in cash, in the crypto you paid. Not store credit, not a coupon.
Terms
- Window: 30 days from dispatch. If carrier tracking shows no delivery, or customs confirms a seizure, you are covered.
- Refund method: the crypto you paid, full order value, sent to a refund address you provide.
- Or a reship instead: prefer the product over the money back? We resend the order and you cover the postage. Your call.
- Claim mechanism: email support with your order number and your tracking. No documentation required beyond a tracking screenshot.
What this does not cover
- Change of mind, or compounds you have opened. For legal reasons we cannot accept returns of opened pharmaceuticals.
- “It did not work for me.” We are straight about this: razumna is not a lab and does not offer an efficacy guarantee. The active compound is the same generic the brand-name versions use, and individual response varies. What we stand behind is delivery.
- Side effects within the documented profile (headache, jaw tension, mild nausea, sleep disruption). See the product page for the full side-effect list before ordering.
- Claims initiated after the 30-day window.
- Legality of importation in your jurisdiction (see terms).
Customs detention or shipment loss
This is the test that counts, and it is the one most vendors fail. If customs holds your order past 14 business days, or your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, you choose: a full cash refund in the crypto you paid, or a reship where you cover the postage.
