Pielotax is the natural renal peptide complex in Khavinson's Citomax line, catalogued as A-9. It is a mix of low-molecular-weight peptides (under about 5,000 Da) isolated from the kidney tissue of young calves, and the fraction is described as rich in glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and alanine. The Khavinson hypothesis is that peptides this small enter the cell, bind specific promoter regions of DNA, and nudge transcription of tissue-specific proteins in renal tubular and nephron cells (

Unlike the pancreas complex, which maps to a well-characterised isolated tetrapeptide (Pancragen, KEDW), the kidney complex has no clean single-sequence analog with independent trial data behind it, so the honest read is that the mechanism here rests on the general short-peptide framework plus Russian clinical observation, not a validated renal-specific pathway. The strongest human data is a 2011 clinical observation at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology reporting reduced clinical signs of nephropathy in a majority of gout patients on a Pielotax course. That framework is coherent and documented in Russian literature, but it has not been independently validated in mainstream Western trials.
