Order tracking
Tracking is included with every shipment. The tracking number is sent in your shipping confirmation email, along with the carrier and a typical transit window for your region.

Common tracking situations
"Not found" or "Pending"
Normal for the first 24–72 hours after dispatch and during transition between origin and destination postal systems. Wait 5–7 business days before treating it as a problem.
"In transit" for many days with no update
Normal during international transit. Carrier updates concentrate around handoff points; long flat stretches between updates are typical.
"Held at customs" or "Customs clearance" for more than 14 business days
This triggers the customs replacement policy. Email support@razumna.com with your order number; razumna ships a replacement (you cover shipping, $45 flat, free over $200) or refunds, your choice.
"Delivered" but you did not receive it
Check with neighbours and the local post office first, large international parcels sometimes route through depot pickup. If the package is genuinely lost after delivery scan, contact us; razumna handles these case by case.
No tracking number yet?
If your order is paid but you have not received a tracking number within the dispatch window (Thursday cutoff → following Monday at the latest), email us. Most likely the order is in the upcoming dispatch and the tracking is pending generation, but it is worth a check.
