Regulatory status

Modafinil is a prescription drug (Schedule IV in the United States; prescription-only in the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Canada) and a non-controlled prescription drug in India, where the product is manufactured.

Razumna is not a pharmacy. Razumna is a direct-import facilitator: customers in jurisdictions where personal-use importation of small quantities of modafinil is legally tolerated may purchase from razumna, and the product ships directly from the manufacturer in India.

What razumna does NOT claim

• FDA approval (modafinil is FDA-approved as a drug, but razumna’s specific white-label product is not, this is a meaningful legal distinction)
• Government affiliation or authorization
• Medical efficacy for the treatment of any condition
• “Official” or “authorized” status with any regulatory body
• That importation is legal in every jurisdiction razumna ships to

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming the legality of importation in their jurisdiction. Razumna does not provide legal advice. Research and personal-use framing

Product is sold for research purposes and personal-use experimentation. This framing is standard in the category and reflects the realistic regulatory posture for small-quantity personal importation. It is not a workaround, it is how the category operates.

Data and privacy

See the privacy policy. Briefly: razumna collects the minimum data needed to fulfill an order, retains it per accounting requirements, does not sell it, and does not share it with advertising networks. PostHog analytics use input-field masking, no addresses or payment data are captured.

DMCA and content takedown

Razumna publishes only original content. If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you hold, email support@razumna.com with subject line “DMCA”, include the URL of the allegedly infringing content, the original work, and your contact. Razumna responds within 5 business days.

Counterfeit and unauthorized resale

Razumna products are not authorized for resale or commercial redistribution. Customers purchasing for personal use only. Razumna reserves the right to limit or refuse orders that appear to be wholesale-quantity individual purchases routing around the wholesale process.
