What Waklert actually is

Waklert is a brand name. The drug inside is armodafinil, made by Sun Pharma, the same manufacturer behind Modalert. It comes as a 150mg tablet, the standard dose for armodafinil, and it is one of the two major armodafinil brands sold online, the other being Artvigil.

Sun Pharma's reputation carries over from Modalert: it is a large, established generic drug maker with a long track record, which is why Waklert is usually treated as the default armodafinil brand the way Modalert is the default modafinil brand.

Armodafinil vs modafinil, plainly

Modafinil is a mix of two mirror-image versions of the same molecule, called enantiomers. Armodafinil is just one of those two, the longer-lasting one, isolated on its own.
