When does a commission go from pending to confirmed?
30 days after the order completes. That's the customs / return window we honor on every order. If the order refunds or cancels during that window, the commission voids. If it doesn't, it confirms and goes into the next payout.
How are payouts settled?
Crypto, monthly on the 5th. You set the chain in your dashboard. USDT on BEP20 is the default. USDT-SOL, USDT-TRC20, USDC, native BTC / ETH / XMR all supported. $50 minimum to trigger a payout; anything under rolls to the next month.
Do you share customer info with affiliates?
No. Your dashboard shows order numbers, dates, amounts, and statuses. No customer emails, no names, no shipping data. Customer privacy is a one-way door for us.
What happens if my referral cookies overlap with another affiliate's?
Last-touch wins. The most recent ?ref= click in the customer's 60-day cookie window is the one that gets credit. Industry standard. We'll never split a commission across two affiliates.
Can I refer myself?
No. Orders placed with the affiliate's own email or logged-in account skip commission silently. Self-referral attempts don't surface as an error to you, they just don't generate a payable record.
What assets do I get?
Four banner sizes (728x90, 300x250, 160x600, 1200x628), tested swipe copy for X / newsletter / Reddit, and a one-page brand brief you can adapt. All inside the dashboard the moment you're approved.
